2. What we provide
UAEDrops is an independent price-drop intelligence platform. We monitor public listings on third-party platforms (PropertyFinder, Bayut, DubiCars, DubaiChrono and others) and surface price reductions and related signals. Every listing is attributed to its source platform with an outbound link.
We are not a real estate agency, broker, or transaction facilitator. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a representation about the accuracy or completeness of any specific listing.
3. Data accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep our data current and accurate, but listings are republished from third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions, or stale data. Verify any information critical to a purchase decision directly with the listing source and a licensed UAE professional.
Aggregated statistics published on uaepricedrops.com reflect our scan window (every 2 hours) and our deduplication methodology, described at /about.
4. Subscription & Insider tier
Most of UAEDrops is free. The Insider tier (AED 199/month) unlocks additional intelligence layers including Deal Score, Motivation Score, Negotiability with suggested offer ranges, full price history, and market comparables. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Citation & press use
Aggregate statistics and public listing data may be cited freely with attribution to UAEDrops and a link to uaepricedrops.com. Insider-tier intelligence (Deal Score, Negotiability ranges, etc.) may not be reproduced. The press policy is at /press.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to scrape data programmatically at volumes that degrade our infrastructure, to misrepresent the source of UAEDrops data, to spam Professional Marketplace participants, or for any unlawful purpose.
Programmatic access to UAEDrops data is available via our public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at /mcp — please use that rather than direct scraping.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on UAEDrops data — always verify with the listing source before acting.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
